New office hours

item international is always synonymous with flexibility.

As part of a further flexibilisation, we have succeeded in expanding our service hours for our customers and at the same time giving our employees even more opportunities to flexibly arrange their working hours.

item international stands not only for flexibility, but also for continuity.

Some of you may have noticed that we have been available on Friday afternoons since April, both by telephone and by e-mail.

To be sure that the new service hours not only work on paper but also in practice with their different requirements and workflows, we've set up a two-month test phase.

This test phase proved to be a complete success, which is why we are going "live" with immediate effect and are pleased to announce that we are now available for you at the following times.
